Parkesburg Police have scraped the bottom of the barrel now. My Daughters house was robbed while her and my Grandaughter slept, and they did nothing, they were busy, they filed an incident report, without even talking to the victim, how do they manage that ? Apparently Officer Manning of Parkesburg had a more important call at the time, would love to know what that call was, and will find out.
Since when, can you walk into someones house, rob them, take their cash, purse, money while they are sound asleep, and that’s okay, it’s just an incident. Worse, there was a child there who could have woke up and God knows what could have happened.
Apparently Officer Manning had something very important to do beside checking a robbery where people were sleeping and a child was involved.
Guess they didn’t want fingerprints, they might be gone by now, guess they didnt want to check the car out that was ransacked. Guess they didn’t even want to talk to the victim, they went to the office a day and a half later, So tell me Parkesburg Police, what are you doing for that contract money your earn from Atlgen ?????????
I will get to the bottom of this, a child was involved, I do not care what you think of the owner, person, etc., you have a job to do where a child was involved and didn’t do it. Manning, your other call better have been important, to ignore a robbery where a child was sleeping. People love their kids as much as you love yours. Yeah, right !!!!! We don’t love your kids like you do, but you are paid to do a job, like it or not, if you don’t, you should resign, and I hope the fingerprints you let go didn’t cause a criminal to end up on your back porch, you never know…..
You are a in my eyes not fit to be what are know as Police Officers, you do not get to pick and choose who you help, your paid by the taxpayers to do a job…and if you can not, you need to resign asap!!!
I guess that’s why the bank that was robbed right across the street, that robber got away also.
What a shame this wasn’t the Mayors house, man there would have been a swat team there, Parkesburg Police have scraped the bottom here, they get paid to protect and select few, and we will put a stop to that. This website is obviously targeted torwards law enforcement and government workers. Maybe by people who break the law themselves?! You need a life and it sounds like you have mental issues as well, not just your daughter. She wasn’t robbed by a citizen on the street..it was by a friend you dipshit!
Follow Up : Detective Davis did eventually talk to my daughter because luckily she saw him at the office, a day and a half later, after the robbery, and break in. Then they tell her, your an adult, your Mom has nothing to do with this, let us handle it.
They are mad because I called, because my poor daughter called in the early am a day before and was told, they are busy, they can’t come, maybe they will call you, who is this person, and who is paying her.
Sorry, Detective Davis, As a Parent and GrandParent, I have a right to call the Police and check on what is going on. Big Wrong, I can and will call who I need to to check on them, apparently if it wasn’t for my call, nothing would have been done, your a little late too, the car was since driven, if you did (which you didn’t ) want fingerprints, a little late, as always.
So what your saying to the criminals Parkesburg Police, is, you can break into someones home, you can rob them while they sleep, and when we get to it, a day and a half later, that’s what it is. Every parent has a right to follow up with Police if they were in danger or feel they are in danger, and most definately when the Police ignore the call all together. That is my right as a parent and grandparent, it is done all the time, and you would do the same !!!!!!!!!!!
Also if the manager at this complex did her job, this wouldn’t be happening, its a small complex. You do credit checks on people moving in, you do background checks on people moving in, and then you turn a blind eye on the losers they let move in with them. They need a new manager asap, this manager is allowing boyfriends, family, and others who are not on the lease move in, she is not doing background checks or anyother checks on the people moving in with others. New Management is needed asap !!!!

Oh Yeah, and one more thing Detective Davis, if you think going to the office, where the sleeze bag who is paid to run it , and she will be fired, trust me, she will be, and asking her questions about the victims past, without even asking the victim, and bringing her ex into it, without even looking into other things will wash, it won’t. Your a Detective, aren’t you, why would you go talk to the victim, wait, not talk to the victim, but when she see’s you in the office, bring up an ex, what does that have to do with anything ?? You want to play, we are playing, and I hope Parkesburg is ready to represent your butt, because my daughter has had mental problems that we have not put out there, and now I am her power of Attorney, so watch out, and I hope Parkesburg and the taxpayers want to stick up for you, Sheller, Yakely (whatever his name is, doesn’t matter, he is just ignorant throwing money at my daughter) I hope the borough likes you that much, because they will be paying for you………….You , YOU, Let my Daughter be harmed and threatened over and over, and now my innocent 4 yr old Grandaughter.
