In my honest opinion, which I am allowed to have, and Free Speech which is allowed by all, I have to wonder if a few Public Defenders and a Certain Judge are against Men. They seem to be discriminating against Mens Rights and Assuming the Women, even though they may be drug addicts, bad mothers, and worse, are always right. Is this a pattern in the Court of Common Pleas ??? We would love to hear from others who have any opinion on this matter, because from what I have just seen, and in my opinion, Men are not liked by these Women…Will find out the Public Defenders names, but man, in my Opinion, if your a Man, your Screwed Big Time. Off to research, oh and Let’s Make a Deal….
Judge Streitel in my opinion seems to be very biased too, she doesn’t listen , but forms an opinion very quick, and for the women….OH, and before a Judge makes a decision, shouldn’t she or he hear both sides, LOL, what a circus this Chester County Court is……..No Fair Shake Here, Forget it…..Plead Guilty Now Guys !!!! Men Bashing 101, what ????????

Agreed! The judge is very biased against men. I have been the subject oh her bias and will be willing to post the entire transcript of the so called trial to prove the point. Even attorneys in Chester County think she’s rude, unprepared and makes crazy decisions. Wonder how many cases she had overturned.
Judge Phyllis Streitel does not give fair trials. I’am a women and had to deal with her 2 years ago. She is RUDE, does not look you in the eye and does not let you defend yourself. In my opinion she stinks!!!!!!
Ms Streitel is closed minded, and worst of all, she routinely extends minor offenders probation, after years and years, of doing the right thing, and offender hopes to here the words “you are off probation, the file is closed”, but with this judge? Never going to happen. She is abusive, ego maniacal, closed minded, rude ognorant human being who will extend, and extend and extend probation forever, with NO facts, NO logic, NO listening skills…the single worse judge in the history of this county, she should hang her head in shame, for what she does routinely in taking away HOPE, for kids who commit a minor offense, and then spend the next 10 years getting abused by this judge. She is a sad pathetic excuse for a Judge. And she is RUDE, and un caring.
Mobilize ur friends and vote her out when her term comes up. If u think she’s not fit for the job then have all of ur friends and family vote for the other party. The judicial system is set up this way to remove judges from from the bench who perform poorly or who are not competent to serve the bench. Her time is coming up soon, but u might get someone who is worse if that possible. If she runs un opposed even 1 vote keeps her in and u know who will cast that one vote. The first two guesses don’t count.

Election day is coming up very soon. This judge is on the ballot for a retension vote. if you dont think she should be retained as a judge…be sure to vote NO on the retension vote. this is the only way to get her out of office.
